Data Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst We are looking to hire a Business Analyst (BSA) to join our project team.
You will take responsibility for understanding and developing a data dictionary and data maps for a system migration.
The project will create a new master data db to which a number of applications will need to migrate their existing data feeds.
The Business Analyst will work to create and maintain a Data Dictionary (beyond a db schema) that is readable & understandable for both business and technology owners so that they can understand what the data mapping is from the old system to the new system.
The BSA should understand technology, but will not do the direct work in the application systems.
Rather, the BSA will work with application-specific technical contacts to understand the specific application data needs and work with the project teams to ensure accurate data feed mapping to the new platform.
An understanding of data changes and data meaning nuances, as well as an attention to detail will be needed to succeed in this role.
Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Understand business processes and the exchange of data through system interfaces Work with internal and external clients to understand, clarify, analyze, and document business system interface requirements for project Develop and maintain technical interface specification documentation for project teams Aggregate of all technical interface documentation maintained as the project's data dictionary Mapping of processes and interfaces to provide clarity on data requirements for system interfaces.
Support data integrity and accurate data mapping.
Work with project system personnel and educate them on the data present in the data dictionary, define gaps that may arise, and work with teams to successful map to the new data repository.
Business Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience Work experience as a business/data analyst or in related field Excellent analysis and documentation skills Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases Track record of working with large data sets to define discrepancies and working with technical teams to define root cause Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases Competency in G Suite and Microsoft Office tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Pluses:
Experience with Workday data model Functional Workday knowledge with core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, Learning, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
