Our fleet armada size is nearly 200 bus vehicles.
We are seeking a highly administrative and interpersonal Customer Service Coordinator with excellent customer interaction and service skills to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
o Plans, creates, compiles, and completes customer itineraries and reservations,
o Builds and sustains strong/cooperative relationships with clients, agencies, and industry players.
o Verifies and ensures driver's are prepared and on time for assignments.
o Ensures drivers' credentials and requirements are active and valid.
o Analyzes drivers' weekly schedules and prepares assignments.
o Prepares Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
o Reconciles and maintain records, logs, and schedules.
o Prepares bills and invoices.
o Reviews current and future manifests for operational performance.
o Generates accurate operational records for reporting analysis.
Qualifications and Requirements
o Minimum of one (1) year of sales administration and/or coordination experience within the transportation industry preferred.
o Excellent customer service skills.
o Outstanding customer interaction skills.
o Strong interpersonal skills.
o Good oral and written communication skills.
o Savvy internet and computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
