Delivery Area: Bay Area, California
Position: Direct Store Delivery Driver/ Vendor

Responsibilities:
o Delivers tortillas, and tortilla chips to assigned grocery stores, restaurants, and food service accounts
o Loads and unloads product, stocks shelves in grocery stores with tortillas and tortilla chips
o Maintains good relationships with accounts to solve customer issues
o Performs all Direct Store Delivery Driver and merchandising duties in assigned area
o Completes product orders for each account
o Completes end of the day sales reports
o Coordinates with Route Supervisors and Sales teams to develop and improve sales
o Creates and implements new sales strategies
o Establishes new accounts
o Partners with sales and marketing to develop new target markets
o Reviews and analyzes current and potential growth opportunities
o Solicits new business within route territory
Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
o Candidates must be in good physical condition capable of heavy lifting and working long hours
o Shifts may start as early as 2:00 a.
m.
and last 10-12 hours
o Accountability and intuitive are important
o Must have good communication skills must be outgoing and provide good customer service
o Bilingual, English and Spanish is helpful
o Basic Math skills are beneficial
o Experience in route distribution is helpful
Required:
o Must participate in a thorough background check which includes criminal check, E-verify and pre-employment medical examination
o Must possess a valid California Driver's License

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
