This position will offer the Administrative Assistant the opportunity to support managers in various departments. He or she will be responsible for arranging travel, completing expense reports, and calendaring. Therefore, a high level of organization and attention to detail is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Powerpoint presentations and presentation material.

This position requires a BA or equivalent experience, resourcefulness, teamwork, quick learners, and the ability to work under deadlines. This position also requires some flexibility, professionalism, and a customer service orientation.


This is a full-time position and the pay rate is up to $24 per hour.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
