Do you have a strong clinical background and ability to create compelling medical content? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Content Design & Execution Lead.
Medical Information and Communications (MI&C), a function in US Medical Affairs (USMA), is dedicated to ensuring that patients have access to medicines by providing scientifically accurate and compelling evidence to healthcare stakeholders.
As a senior content design and execution lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging internal partner functions, collaborating across the dynamic health ecosystem, and ultimately delivering better patient outcomes.
The OpportunityAs a Senior Content Design & Execution Lead, your primary focus will be on designing and executing content creation for multiple channels in specific therapeutic area(s).
You will ensure that the medical content provided via medical information and communications channels is impactful, timely, accurate and customer focus.
Key responsibilities include:
Clinical Expertise:
maintain clinical knowledge of assigned molecule/product area(s) and craft compelling, compliant, and patient centered medical content across various channelsProblem-solving:
anticipate, identify and solve concerns on clinical, access, and operational issues that impact Medical Information & Communications and customers.
Collaboration:
utilize insights and strategic scientific narratives to collaborate with content and evidence submission strategy leads and cross functional partners in the development of new contentMedical Content Review and Execution:
Design, create and/or co-create medical content for patients, HCPs, and population health decision makers to ensure scientific rigor, balance, and impact; this includes but is not limited to field medical slides (MSLs and MEDs), digital assets, evidence submissions (e.
g.
compendia, pathways, guidelines, and payer policies), and medical responsesContinuous Improvement:
see customer feedback, review presentation issues, and continuous improve the quality of medical contentClinical Guidance:
provide clinical guidance and medical information to resolve escalated inquiries from the contact center and PRC/MRC, as neededQuality Assurance:
conduct quality assurance of contact center calls to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance with standards and protocolsWho You Are:
You hold an advanced Clinical/Science degree (e.
g.
PharmD, PhD, MD) and 6
years of relevant industry work experience in medical communications with 2 or more years clinical experience or equivalent experienceSignificant experience with all aspects of healthcare communications activities and has demonstrated ownership of significant expertise and creativity in healthcare communicationsExperience in creating compelling content disseminated via many medical affairs channelsHas an execution mindset with strong organizational and project management skills to ensure content is delivered on time and within budgetSuperb collaboration and communication (oral and written) skills in developing strong partnerships with cross-functional peersSubstantive understanding and exposure to corporate legal and compliance groups, and is knowledgeable of issues related to, GCP, OIG, US Regulatory/FDA requirements, drug access and other guiding or controlling elements of our businessPreferred:

Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
