We are looking for a Release Train Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Agile teams, promoting alignment, and facilitating the timely delivery of valuable software products or solutions.
The Opportunity:
Facilitate planning and execution of program objectives and help coordinate and align multiple Agile teams.
Collaborate with other RTE s, Product Manager, System Architect, Business owners and other stakeholders to mitigate risks, manage dependencies, escalate and track impediments.
Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, through Pre- and Post-PI Planning eventsSummarise Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparencyFacilitate various Agile ceremonies, such as the Inspect and Adapt workshop, and ART Sync and ensure that these events are effectively organized, encourage collaboration, and provide a platform for teams to share progress, learn from each other, and identify areas for improvement.
Manage budgets for the product and assist with monthly monitoring of financialsWho you are:
Bachelor's degree required.
IT discipline preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in leading project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in a multicultural, international environment (large and complex projects)Ideal candidate must have a deep domain understanding in Sox and Audit Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, ERP and SAP S/4.
Servant leader with ability to coach, guide, mentor, and inspire Agile teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders.
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of addressing complex issues and managing risks.
Hold Leading SAFe certification and preferably hold certifications such as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe - Program Consultant (SPC), or other relevant SAFe certifications This position is not eligible for relocation support.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $138,500 to $257,100.
Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
