Summary:
Working under direct supervision and following company guidelines, procedures and policies assist in the preparation and delivery of successful customer events.
Primary
Responsibilities:
In preparation of event, follows company policies regarding specimen handling and care unpacks specimen and prepares it for storage and/or event usage Sets up required event instrumentation, equipment and disposables.
Positions/drapes specimen, stocks Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other supplies as need for event Ensures facility meets all cleanness and neatness standards at all times before, during and after events.
Cleans and stocks catering/coffee area, empties all trash cans in facility, sanitizes and stocks bathrooms and ensures clean scrubs are folded and put in designated areas.
Brings soiled scrubs to laundry area for washing Provides excellent customer service to all event guest.
Greats all guest at front door the day of event, helps with luggage and assists with the sign in process During the training event, assists guest with PPE, lab related request, retrieving items, and assures all needs are met to ensure a successful outcome Assists in the set up and break down of all catering transitions throughout the event At the end of the event, helps guess with luggage and all of their needs as they exit the facility Cleans facility after each event.
Makes sure sharps are disposed of safely and properly in the designated containers and biohazard waste is in its designated place.
Separates customer instruments from NBL instruments, prewashes any bioburden from instruments in sink before placing instruments in instrument washer.
Empties all trash cans, wipes down all equipment and furniture in the lab, mops the floors, and leaves lab in a ready condition for next event After each event, prepares specimens for storage/return; Packages specimens properly either for storage or return/disposal Other Duties as assigned Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
