Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment is functioning properly - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency - Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects and ensure efficient operation of the facility - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory of supplies - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment - Ability to weld and fabricate as needed for repairs or modifications - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external stakeholders Note:
