The Recruiting Coordination team manages several aspects of recruiting administration to provide a great experience for our candidates, shepherding them through the entire process.
Initially on a 12-month fixed term contract, this role will involve playing a key role in the coordination of the interview process across many regions, functions and role types.

you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently Ability to connect and interact with different types of people Project management experience a plus Pay and benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $72,300 - $97,800.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
