We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.
You will assist customers in finding the products they need, answer questions about our products, and help customers with their purchases.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about our products Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience Learn about our products and stay up-to-date on the latest trends Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and product demand Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive and friendly attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and retail sales, we encourage you to apply.
