Our pride shows through our products, and we are in need of a Data Entry/Admin Assistant to add to our team! The position is responsible for assisting in daily operational functions of the office in South San Francisco.
You will provide support to sales team, customer service, help facilitate the completion of purchase orders, billing, and other tasks that may arise.
Your job will also include tasting and giving feedback for new snacks.
This position has potential for growth.

Job Responsibilities -Using Netsuite for Data entry (Sales order entry, purchase order entry) -Coordinate import orders and shipments -Assist in accounting and warehouse functions as needed -Support sales team -Perform administrative tasks (i.

answering phones, managing files, and preparing correspondence) -Customer service -Must work in office (no remote) Qualifications and Skill Requirements -College degree preferred -Good communication skills & Detail Oriented -Proficient skills using cloud based applications, Microsoft Office -Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities -1-2 years of administrative experience preferred -Knowledge of Netsuite Accounting system a plus -Bilingual in Chinese is a plus -Authorized to work in the US -Salary DOE -Love to snack!
