STRATEGIC ALLIANCE MANAGER We seek an experienced business development teammate to build and grow our partnership with Microsoft. This person will possess strong partnerships experience managing relationship with Microsoft, have a customer first mindset and possess the acumen to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This is a leadership role with high visibility across ZS with a lot of engagement with ZS leadership.
Responsibilities:
Build business around a strategic technology partner portfolio. Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategy with Microsoft. Own the revenue target for partnership, build pipeline, and forge relationship with Field Sales and Business Units leaders within Microsoft to promote collaboration with our collective customers Work very closely with ZS client teams, Microsoft sales teams and customers to evangelize ZS solutions. Execute GTM plans, including sales plays and co-sell motions with Microsoft. Maintain requirements of partner program and progress to highest tier in the program. Promote and manage ZS certifications on Microsoft technologies. Effectively manage enablement across partner portfolio internally and externally Engage strategically with ZS leaders and practice teams to define joint solutions on Microsoft platforms, build new lines of business, building and deepening partner relationships while successfully leading cross-functional initiatives Negotiate new contracts, collaborate effectively with, ZS marketing, PR, legal, and business teams to drive, manage, and grow Microsoft partnership Engage executives from ZS and partner to ensure alignment at the highest of levels Become a trusted advisor and serve as an expert on assigned partner/s, helping with enablement across wider ZS.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred; 10 - 12
years of prior relevant work experience in partner management, and track record of managing large partnerships like Microsoft, AWS, Google etc Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry highly preferred. Experience in consulting services business a plus. End-to-end negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing successful partnerships. Customer-centric mindset to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing environment Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable. Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
InvestmentsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
