ZS's Business Technology Solutions team is responsible to lead end to end responsibility of project across all phases i.e., discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and operations. In addition, this team configures ZS's proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contribute to business development and selling activities, project planning and team management. BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT - Revenue Management Revenue Management - Consultants (RMCs) lead project teams in conceptualizing, planning, and executing Revenue Management Transformation programs. RMCs leverage their business expertise, analytic skills, and technology implementation experience to lead initiatives that help clients mitigate issues in revenue leakage, contract operations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach Act as project subject matter expert/solution architect Lead the project team and assume accountability for deliverables such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, solution mockup, prototypes, and technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans, operations strategy, and planning, etc. Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project activities, and coordinating team meetings across internal/external stakeholders Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas Other Responsibilities Coach and mentor junior team members. Provide thought leadership and innovation within the Revenue Management space Participate in business and strategy development Contribute to internal firm activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, MIS, IT, or another related discipline. MBA preferred. 5-8 years of relevant consulting-industry experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device leading workstreams and small teams on medium-large scale process improvement and technology solution delivery engagements in the Revenue Management space Broad understanding of Contracts and Revenue Management functions including Master Data Management, Contract Life Cycle Management, Commercial Contracting (Chargebacks and Managed Care), Government Contracting (Medicaid, Government Pricing), Tender Management, Reference Pricing and Gross to Net Subject Matter Expert in at least two areas mentioned above in the Revenue Management continuum gained through direct project experience Demonstrated experience in implementing multiple Revenue Management platform(s) - Model N - Powered by N, Model N - Flex, Vistex, I-Cyte, Conga or others Additional

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
